What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you sign up for any of webonline's services, we need an e-mail address, postal and or physical address, Tel no's and other contact details which we use to send you your set-up information. We will also be collecting personal and banking information on our secure server. webonline may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to our website, new services, price changes and special offers we think you'll find valuable.
Will webonline disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
webonline may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. webonline may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of webonline, our users, or others.
Does webonline perform credit checks on their clients?
webonline does make use of ITC and we do perform credit checks on your credit profile with one or more of the registered Credit Bureaus when assessing your application for services. webonline will monitor your payment behaviour by researching your credit profile at one or more of the Credit Bureaus. webonline will use new information and data obtained from Credit Bureau in respect of your future service applications. webonline will record the existence of your account with the Credit Bureau. webonline will record and transmit details of how you have performed, and how you have conducted your account in meeting your obligations on the account.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of this information by webonline. If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
