Support Technicians:  
Junior No previous work experience required.
Senior At least 1 year’s solid support and industry related experience.

Prerequisites
  1. Self motivated and self managing
  2. Sound people skills and phone ethics
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of Windows desktop environments
  4. Good understanding of the Internet (DNS / FTP / Mail / IIS / HTTP / SSL etc.)
  5. Ability to master new skills and concepts quickly
Optional
  1. Linux desktop and server skills
  2. Apple Mac desktop skills
  3. Basic coding knowledge (HTML / JavaScript / PHP / ASP / SQL)
  4. Any networking or routing skills

Linux and Windows System Administrators:  
Junior At least 1 year’s solid support and industry related experience.
Senior: At least 3 year’s solid support and industry related experience.

Job Description The day to day support and maintenance of all current and future servers Linux and Windows based. Building, installing and testing of new servers and services.
Prerequisites
  1. Self motivated and self managing
  2. Sound people skills and phone ethics
  3. Solid understanding of the Internet (DNS / FTP / Mail / IIS / HTTP / SSL etc.)
  4. Experience with Linux systems. Red Hat, CentOS will be a distinct benefit
  5. Experience with Apache administration
  6. Experience with MySQL administration
  7. Experience with PHP. Perl or Shell scripting is a plus
  8. Previous systems administration experience (See Junior & Senior requirements)
  9. Sound networking, routing and firewall skills
  10. Comprehensive understanding of Linux and Windows driven hosting environments
Optional
  1. Previous experience in an ISP or Hosting Company will be a distinct benefit
  2. Plesk Administration Experience
  3. Experience in Shell scripting such as Bash, Python, Perl etc
  4. Experience with Cisco routers
